“AMG Magazine” They did the same thing to me. Acted like they were with a magazine company I do business with. Aren’t there enough things in life with out having to deal with this kind of stuff?

AMG magazine services has been hassling my mother-in-law for months claiming she owes $350.00 for magazines she’s never ordered. They have even threatened to sue her if she doesn’t give them her credit card number. She is elderly, and she is losing sleep over this. She’s afraid she really will be sued, although I have told her repeatedly that she has nothing to worry about. She gets bills in the mail and phone calls almost weekly for 5 months now. They also use the name Magazine Network and Magazine Solutions. Be careful!

Hi there, was pulling my hair out over this! Put in a new PC and suddenly this problem occured according to the customer, he later mentioned it had been going on for a few weeks! Many thanks for this post, very very helpful!!!

Hi…!!! thanks. but i’am having the same problem with one of my networks, i already reset the router and the acess point repeater, but still having a problem, then a changed the class IP was 192.168.1.1 i changed for 10.10.0.1 and the problem was solved for two days, now i’am having the same information on the browser “UPDATE YOUR BROWSER” “The Page does not support your version of browser. Please Update your software” “BOTTON = Browser Update” i have this information i all of my browser “Firefox, IE, Google chrome, Opera. Curiosily the skype is working, but the browser isn’t…. thanks…

This has been making me insane and I knew it was in my router because I use my PC on a VPN at work and I can link from Google no problem…My issue was that if I wasn’t already in a site or put the URL directly into the browser I was sent to yellowpages or some crap spammy marketing page. I was almost convinced that Comcast (ISP) was being paid to redirect because it was clearly something going on only in my home. AND my static IP addresses were in the same Russian family (213-109-67-25 and 213.109.75.134)–such rogues!! For anyone on Comcast reading this their safe IP addresses are 75.75.75.75 and 75.75.76.76.

I am so grateful for this!! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. My hair roots thank you too.

Thanks for the ‘How to’! I was able to create a sub theme following your instructions. Just one thing, I copied the color module into the sub theme and it does show up on the theme settings page, however, when I update the colors it doesn’t actually effect the site. Is there a way to get the the Color module in the theme working for my sub theme?
